I was a snoozer AGAIN this morning. The stress of packing and getting everything done (i.e. gifts, goodbyes, notes, etc.) is throwing me for a loop. I got my departing blood work and measurements done this morning. It was just a finger prick but I was still a bit anxious…scary needles (!!!). My results were great! I came here with good numbers so nothing too crazy to report but still good to know I’m not on the way down or anything [...]

I was thinking back on this week and seeing if I ate veggies and fruits in all the colors of the rainbow: Red: red peppers, tomatoes, raspberries Orange: sweet potatoes, oranges, peaches, carrots Yellow: bananas, yellow peppers, onions, mango Green: spinach (duh!) , lettuce, cucumber, avocado, asparagus, seaweed salad Blue: Blueberries Purple (Yeah I know, Indigo): eggplant, blackberries
