Monday FUNday

I attended an employee party this past weekend at the club house by the beach! The weather could not have been more perfect. The humidity was low(er) and temps have been relatively cool. Thank goodness because I was startin’ to melt a couple of weeks ago. I got a $50 giftcard to Target! Woop woop! I’m going to try and make it last but I’m sure once I step foot in there the card will be demolished.

We ate food, drank, and played some games. I’ll let the photos do the talking…

This morning I had a green monster to get me going! I typically drink a GM every morning. My day just doesn’t seem right without one–It has officially replaced my coffee! I can feel the shot of vitamins flowing through my bloodstream. That’s probably not actually happening, but I’ll keep thinking that way

My GM included:

-3 cups of spinach

-1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

-1/2 banana

-1 dollop of Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt

I also had half of a Thomas’ Honey Wheat english muffin with Justin’s Almond Butter and half of a nanner. THE. BEST. COMBO. IN. THE. WHOLE. WIDE. WORLD. I could eat this every day!! Something about the carbiness of the english muffin with the gooey-ness of the almond butter and the sweetness of the banana. It’s like heaven in my mouth.
