After eating half the batch (no exaggeration here) of Carrot Cake Almond Butter Bars last night I didn’t fall asleep till late! A green monster to the rescue! Although, I would have had one EVEN if I were bouncing off the walls…
I had 1/2 a banana, almond butter, 1/2 Flat Out Wrap combo. Popped in the microwave! I’m loving these Flat Out wraps I got and seem to be wrapping everything inside them!

For lunch, I had a Barbecued Chicken Salad–Chopped greens, black beans, mozzarella cheese, 2% cheddar cheese and diced tomatoes topped with Georgia farm raised chicken strips, red chili tortilla crisps, green onion, avocado, lime wedge and light ranch dressing.

It had avocado slices, ’nuff said!

I decided to wrap it up (yep!) and eat it grilled with some feta and leftover sauteed tomato+mushroom+peppers from yesterday.

(I ate the whole salad–it’s just not on the plate in the photo)
For a snack, I had fruit chips from the bulk section at Fresh Market–ate them too fast to photograph! And a Kashi Mocha Almond Bar.
Din din was one of my favorite meals: Low Country Crab Cakes–5 oz. Premium lump and claw meat, seasoned just right and baked. Served with Succotash and Roasted Red Pepper and Remoulade Sauces.
Plus a huge plate of lettuce!

Off to go on a shopping/browsing trip with Candace…we’re thinking TJ Maxx!
I hope your week is off to a great start.

Ow how I love crab cakes- especially when they’re almost all crab (no filler!). Just fantastic in the summer. I haven’t purchased flat outs in a while- I will have to pick some up. I love making pizzas out of them. A perfect lighter din din. Enjoy the shopping
All your eats today looks fabulous! Especially that crab cake!
Avocado makes everything better!
