I had a lovely brunch with the FAM this morning that started with this guy (Mr. Papaya):

I also had a Butternut Squash Pecan Muffin slathered in almond butter and pumpkin butter….keep scrolling

Look at the perty pecans and dried cranberries!

Highlights from Saturday:
A low-energy run (meh) on the W&OD Trail, a 45-mile bike/run pavement trail that leads to Washington DC. I did the Galloway method run 3 min. and walk 2 min., 7 times. I then came home and hit the condo gym for 20 min. on the elliptical.
