This morning’s breakfast looked eerily similar to yesterday’s. Oh that’s because they’re the same photos…LAME!!! Sorry
Despite getting 2 more hours of sleep last night and having class 3 hours later than yesterday….I was super RUSHED this morning. I had to finish a pesky little assignment while eating breakfast so I didn’t have time to snap any photos.

Last night I crawled into bed at 9:30PM but couldn’t fall asleep till 1AM!! The half cup of coffee that I drank at 8AM could not have possibly kept me up. I was just rollin’ around and around in bed.

After my LAST CLASS OF THE SEMESTER (!!!!!!!) I did a pretty random medley workout:
- 30 min. elliptical which felt so easy so I did…
- 2 miles on the treadmill***
- 5 min. uphill speed walk
- 10 min. stairmaster
- 20 min. strength training (it had been over a week!!)
- 5 min. ab work
***I didn’t plan on running at all but my legs were feeling pretty good and I was wearing the right shoes!! The treadmill was 50x easier and softer than the WaDuke Trail outside. I should probably start running on the treadmill more for the sake of preserving my legs.
For late afternoon lunch/early dinner (awkward eating schedule), I made a sun-dried tomato hummus+veggie sandwich.

I used the TJs Flourless Wheatberry Bread that I got months and months ago. It was hanging out in my freezer waiting for a home tummy. I heated it up in the microwave for about 45 seconds and it was like brand new.
With some CHRISTMAS veggies.

I then polished off a slice of CARROT CAKE. I added some walnuts because you can never have enough of those. Somebody other than ME needs to finish off the cakeS (yes, plural) in this apartment!!!

And dinner has yet to be decided
I seriously can’t believe another semester has passed. I feel like I just got here!! I know I’ve been waiting to graduate for oh about 3 1/2 years but now that it’s almost over….
….NO!!! I always do/think this!!
Alright time to go be lame (study for finals). Have a fabulous weekend everyone!!!!

Sounds like you had an awesome workout today! It’s scary how fast college flies by? Just final next week and you’re home for the holidays??? Hope you can catch up on some sleep this weekend =)
I need to proof read…didn’t mean to make that second sentence into a question. Hehe. Anyway, take care girlie!
Good luck with your finals! Hope you can catch up on sleep!
The carrot cake looks decadently delicious! Have a good weekend!
Ha, that brekfast looks just as good today as it did yesterday!
My legs were also feeling quite good today. I decided to do an “EASY” ET workout but I was soooo surprised at how fresh my legs were. I guess taking a few days off from exercising entirely really does the body good. I’ve haven’t felt that refreshed in ages.
YAY FOR NO MORE CLASSES!!! Now, just need to get through those nasty finals and you are are on your way to one merry little Christmas!
Have a great weekend love.
Love your eats! And the breakfast looks divine!

Heehee, love those Christmas veggies!
I know what you mean about graduation. I struggled through my years as an undergrad, and once I was done with all the requirements…I didn’t want to graduate. So I took an extra quarter. And I wanted to take another but I had to work =P I’m back at school again and want this quarter to be over again. Sigh, I think I’ll be happy when it’s always vacation
Bleghhhh I have another whole week until finals!
Super lame! (I guess I shouldn’t complain too much though ’cause second semester doesn’t start for me until Feb. 1st!)
Don’t worry, the repeat photos are pretty forgiveable… so much food porn goodness! Congratulations on surviving the semester!!!
Ooh, I think I’ve seen that flourless bread before. What does it taste like? As good as my beloved soft whole wheat? I would gladly help you eat your cakes :] Looove carrot cake~

Wow, time does fly! It sounds like you’ve really learned a lot though. I still have a ways to go in school, but it’s awesome to see someone overcome a hurdle and being healthy while working on being an amazing student!
Go you!!!
Congrats on getting through the semester. It seems like it was just the other day I was reading about you moving back to school!

Delicious eats. Luckily my mom’s dog ate the remainder of the cupcakes so no temptation!
See I think the treadmill is HARDER on my knees then the road even!

Hey! I just stumbled across your blog today, and just wanted to say I can relate to you and your story a lot. Sophomore year was the beginning of a struggle for me as well, but I feel like now (as a senior) I’m coming out on the other side having grown so much!
Anyways, just wanted to say hi to a fellow psych major, best of luck with everything…stop by my site if you’d like!
