Smoked salmon may be the one food standing between me and vegetarianism. Oh wait, that’s a lie. There’s also shrimp….and ahi tuna….and scallops….
…I’m getting distracted.
Back to smoked salmon. It’s buttery, silky, and soft. The best part? Ya don’t have to cook it. Just rip open the package and dig in.
