in Fun Stuff, Giveaway

Great video: 23 and 1/2 hours: What is the single best thing we can do for our health?

I meant to share this video with you 2 months ago. A 26 year old lady aged 50 years in a matter of days! Ahhhh!

The Pumpkin Gingerbread Biscotti I made during the holidays last year was featured on Brittany’s 12 Days of Cookies this week.

biscotti.jpg

IMG_5155.jpg

Oh yeah, and remember when I made these Eggnog Caramels? And then covered them in chocolate? And then stuck pecans in the middle of the caramels and covered them both in chocolate?

…and then ate them ALL in a matter of days? Let’s do that again!

eggnogcaramels.jpg IMG_4532.jpg

I haven’t had much time to do any holiday baking yet. I’ve got an extensive list of cookies, muffins, bars, and barks I want to make. I better get on it because time is ticking! Santa is coming to town in 10 days.

I also need to start my Christmas shopping. Yikes.

Moving on…

Chobani is offering to giveaway three 32oz containers (0% Plain, 2% Plain and 0% Vanilla) to help with your holiday baking (and eating!). That’s 96 oz. of yogurt, folks!

And on Christmas Day, we have this great apple cake for breakfast. It’s from a recipe that my grandfather’s secretary gave him over 40 years ago.
