Happy hump day, Leap Day, Wed-nes-day, National surf ‘n’ turf Day!
And monsoon day. I’m glad I got in my run yesterday because it’s monsooning here (apparently the word monsoon cannot be used as a verb. Spellcheck suggested moonshining).
I ran a swift 8 miles yesterday. I expected my legs to feel better than they did considering I took 2 days off. I guess my speed intervals over the weekend threw them for a loop! They felt heavy at first, but woke up at around the 3 mile mark. I’m going to take another couple days off from running, so my legs can freshen up.
…and those are the only 2 photos I’ve taken this week. I’ve been neglecting my camera big time lately. It’s okay, I’ll leave you with some links I’ve been meaning to share with you all for ages.
