I [literally] cut the asiago cheese for tomorrow’s Popeye loaves in between kneading dough this morning. Heh. I declared today that my favorite bakery task is cutting cheese. Kinda random, huh? It’s just so therapeutic and after you’re done, you can munch on a couple cheese cubes!
