I’ve been on a roll with morning workouts lately. Now that I’m not living at home, I don’t get nearly as distracted.
I went down to the apartment gym for 30 min. elliptical and 10 min. upper body strength training. E News was on, so I got to catch up on some mindless celebrity gossip.
