Last night I baked a batch of Cinnamon Pecan Raisin Scones. It was a variation on my recipe for Double Sunflower Seed Scones.

Between last night and this morning, I’ve drunken about 1/4 gallon of Trader Joe’s Almond Milk. I add a drop of vanilla stevia and I swear it tastes like animal crackers. Note: TJ’s also has a sweetened version too but I prefer to buy unsweetened so I can customize the degree of sweetness.
