Artey, LDOC, and Chapel Climb

Last night for dinner, I made an artichoke. I spotted them on sale at Whole Foods for $1.50 each and had to snatch one up (I later saw them for 99 cents at TJ’s!). There is something about eating these scary looking torches that makes me feel like I’m on an adventure!
