A Kale Green Smoothie! I’ve heard kale in smoothies is pretty foul-tasting not for the faint of heart but I had to give it a try for myself.
The Combo:
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/3 Banana
1 cup Kale
1 scoop wheatgrass
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup plain 1% yogurt
stevia and ice
